Machinery Uses in PEB buildings

Bar Cutting Machine is robustly built to with stand the stress while shearing of rebar and various forms of steel bars.

Durable fast and easy to use, this machine gives a one-shot cutting operation with perfect cutting accuracy thus minimizing the use of labor and long drawn cutting process for single cuts.

This workhorse knows no stop as it can be effectively put to use for a constant round-the-clock production.

A high power torque generator in the form of a solid flywheel is what, gives Bar Cutting Machine unmatched strength and robustness. Shock resistant tool steel, duly heat treated, forms the innovative Eight Edged Blade giving longer operational life to the cutting tool.

Welding machines or welders are among the most essential tools for a welding professional. Welding machines generate heat that melts metal parts, so that these parts can be joined. However, there is no single welding machine that is suitable for all welding projects.

In addition to melting the base metal, a filler material is typically added to the joint to form a pool of molten material (the weld pool) that cools to form a joint that, based on weld configuration (butt, full penetration, fillet, etc.), can be stronger than the base material (parent metal). Pressure may also be used in conjunction with heat or by itself to produce a weld. Welding also requires a form of shield to protect the filler metals or melted metals from being contaminated or oxidized.

A plasma cutting torch is a commonly used tool for cutting metals for a wide variety of purposes. A hand-held plasma torch is an excellent tool for quickly cutting through sheet metal, metal plates, straps, bolts, pipes, etc. Hand-held plasma torches also make an excellent gouging tool, for back-gouging weld joints or removing defective welds. A hand torch can be used for cutting small shapes from steel plate, but it’s impossible to get good enough part accuracy or edge quality for most metal fabrication. That is why a CNC plasma is necessary.

A “CNC plasma” system is a machine that carries a plasma torch, and can move that torch in a path directed by a computer. The term “CNC” refers to “Computer Numerical Control”, which means that a computer is used to direct the machines motion based on numerical codes in a program.

A roll forming machine (or metal forming machine) fabricates specific configurations out of long strips of metal, most commonly coiled steel. In most applications, the required cross-section profile of the piece is specifically designed for the machine to bend the metal as necessary. Other than roll forming, these machines perform a number of metalworking duties, including material cutting and roll punching.

Roll forming machines, for the most part, work in a continuous cycle. The material is fed into the machine where it continuously makes its way through the stages of each operation, ending with the completion of a final product.

A roll forming machine bends metal at room temperature using a number of stations where fixed rollers both guide the metal and make the necessary bends. As the strip of metal travels through the roll forming machine, each set of rollers bend the metal a little more than the previous station of rollers.

PEB H Beam Fabrication machine is used to convert or fabricate H Beams from individual Plates. As the whole welding is done in H – configuration. It is so called H Beam Fabrication Line.

H Beams can be Fabricated from precut lengthy plates called Flange Plates & Web Plates. These Flange & Web plates required are precut from standard available steel plates of industrial stock sizes by either shearing or Plasma / Oxy Fuel  Cutting process.

The Pre Cut Flange & Web Plates are loaded on to the inlet conveyor for further Beam Fabrication processes. The plates are fed to the “H Beam Tack welding station” for doing single point entry level tacking between the 2 Flanges & the Web to form an H configuration. Our H Beam Tack Welder is employed with necessary hydraulic fit-up cylinders which can help the operator in forming the H Beam with enormous ease.
